 Jaden Perkins is a community organizer and political consultant from Omaha, Nebraska, dedicated to advancing equity, inclusion, and civic engagement. As a former Policy Analyst & current Chief Political Strategist with Boots on the Ground Strategies, he leads initiatives that empower underrepresented voices, strengthen grassroots participation, and develop winning strategies for local leaders.  He is the creator and host of The Initiative, an unapologetic grassroots podcast that cuts through mainstream noise to address the issues that matter most to working-class communities in Nebraska and beyond.  

 From the streets to the statehouse, Boots on the Ground Strategies is dedicated to driving meaningful change where it matters most.  

With a proven track record in policy analysis, campaign strategy, and grassroots mobilization, Boots on the Ground Strategies empowers underrepresented voices and strengthens democratic participation at the local level. The team works closely with candidates, advocacy groups, and community leaders to:
